She followed, taking deep breaths - she wasn't exactly used to running this much, but it felt necessary for some reason - and waved once she saw Adda in sight. She ran a little faster when she saw Adda stumble, but found herself completely out of breath when she got there. "That was just a little bit too fast for me!" she said, catching her breath and laughing.

Asher blushed a bit as he put Laura down, making sure she was balanced on her crutches before letting go. He really didn't expect to run into this many people already there, and it felt strange to walk in so happy when everyone else was in a pretty foul mood with at least one other person.

He laughed. "Hey, come on. You actually got to investigate either way. I just sat out here and did nothing. You're on better ground here than me."
He grinned. "Of course!" He followed her lead, putting his student ID away. He didn't really need it when Eloise was leading him.

"S-slow down!" Oscar shouted, watching Adda stumble. She lost an eye and already she was practically running a marathon down the school.
He too was out of breath, but at least they were finally at the elevator. The room had another set of stairs off to the side, but they were likely closed off. He wasn't tempted to see.

The maws of the elevator door opened and suddenly a horrible feeling overcame him. "I...don't like this idea..."

"True, true. At least you didn't punch someone." Doing nothing wasn't quite as bad as that.
Like true royalty, Eloise lead David down the hallway. It was rather eerie, but they made it to the elevator safe and sound.

"Oops. We're late." She whispered as they walked in.

Once he saw everyone else he pointed and waved. "Feels weird not being early," he said in amusement.
He walked over and looked at everyone curiously, deciding to not ask questions about what had happened. There would be plenty of time for that later, after this was done and over with.

The elevator music that was playing faded away. It sounded much more like a funeral march than something groovy to begin with.
"Took you long enough. Elevator going down." The elevator began to drop, at what felt like an almost unnatural speed. They were all going way down. And what awaited them at the bottom?
